Team Overview and Job responsibilities
We are looking for the Corporate HR Team Assistant – Categoria protetta – who will provide high-level administrative support to the Executives of the Corporate HR Team.
The Team Assistant’s key responsibilities will be the following:
  • Manage sensitive matters with a high level of confidentiality and discretion (e.g. decisions directly impacting the global Group HR Team)
  • Support the HR team in all administrative activities (exemple RDA english course, Head Hunter Training school, business card management, )
  • Sustain a daily calendar of meetings and events.
  • Prepare Word, Excel, PowerPoint presentations, agendas, reports, special projects and other documents in support of objectives for the HR function
  • Arrange travel and accommodations for the HR Managers. Prepare and manage related expense reports.
  • Excellent communication and time management skills; proven ability to meet deadlines.
  • Use discretion, confidentiality, and good judgment to handle C-Level matters.
  • Conserve the Executive’s time by reading, researching, collecting and analysing information as needed, in advance.
  • Organize documents and paperwork to require international visa for extra UE transfer
  • Organize complex calendars and schedules, resolving any scheduling issues.
Who are we looking for?
We are looking for a candidate with the following key requirements:
  • Preferably part of the Categoria protetta legge 68/99
  • Demonstrated integrity and capability of managing sensitive and confidential information is a must
  • A Bachelor’s degree is preferred
  • Flexible mind set
  • Ability to communicate effectively and professionally
  • Team working and problem-solving attitude / Team player – have team-oriented experience and approach.
  • Capabilities in managing priorities and time
  • Fluent English both written and spoken, other language is appreciated (Spanish, French…)
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, and Power Point), Microsoft Teams, as well as SAP and CONCUR for travel arrangements
  • Strong ability to network and work with international teams
