The team industrializes the supplier material compliance within the global Procurement CTO function. The team coordinates the local implementation of all aspects of a robust global supplier material compliance program in the regions, i.e., resources, policies, procedures, templates, trainings, controls, monitoring and respective support for tools in use.

What we offer:

The Data Analyst role provides adequate levels of transparency regarding the status of the supplier material compliance program including potential supplier material compliance risks, mitigating actions and status of their implementation on a need-to-know basis for regional management as well as other internal stakeholders and suppliers. We advise the Director Supplier Sustainability as well as various departments in the local and regional organizations on the Procurement relevant aspects of Environmental Product Requirements (EPR) and are the first point of contact for all CTO supplier questions.

Tasks and Qualifications:

  • Risk assessment and performance monitoring of suppliers based on material compliance & conflict minerals criteria (using pre-defined criteria)
  • Ensure Procurement data integrity and supplier data availability for material compliance programs
  • Set up Procurement Reporting on status of material compliance data collection by suppliers (create relational data base, e.g., PowerBI), be owner of that database & improve functionality year-on-year
  • Ensure, implement & keep up-to-date supplier status in SAP and/ or other relevant Procurement tools
  • Support definition of and write & keep up-to-date Process and Policies for environmental product compliance in Procurement
  • Become data expert for Procurement material compliance for ad-hoc requests
  • Ensure implementation in Business Transformation project (new IT landscape) for Procurement
