Position

As Private Clients Relations Manager Europe in FENDI, your position purpose will be:

Develop and increase the high-end clientele, establishing a VIC network and culture across the European Network of stores.

Maximize the profits related to the elite segment under the functional coordination of the Worldwide Private Clients Relations Director.

Coordinate all the clienteling initiatives acting as a bridge between the Worldwide Private Clients Relations Director and the European store network.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Lead and monitor all clienteling activities across the Regional Stores Network, according to the Corporate guidelines.
  • Analize and work on CRM database to promote clienteling activities and actions across the Europe area.
  • Organize and optimize Fur Trunk Shows, collection presentations and commercial events both in Store and in special locations.
  • Manage all clienteling actions around defiles according to Corporate guidelines.
  • Propose , create and implement special moments dedicated to VIC customers and guests.
  • Review and monitor sales performance of the perimeter of customers assigned periodically, and recommend/ implement sales strategies in agreement with the Countries General Managers and the Europe President.

Profile

  • A minimum of 5 year experience in a Luxury retail Company.
  • Experience and ability to be effective whilst effective, in a fast paced, growing environment with frequent traveling.
  • Proactive and empathic approach with attitude to Teamwork.
  • Commercial mindset and goal orientation with strong sense of responsibility and entrepreneurial skills.
  • English fluent, second language is a nice to have.
